Dining Room

THE DINING ROOM

Decorated in a unique striped design dating from 1665, not re-discovered until 1991, this room will be furnished according to the surviving probate inventory of 1691. Twelve replica chairs are being covered in turkeywork material and on occasion you may see this work being done by the Trust's volunteers.
